Final Project-MiTov 

In the digital age, we share our views on the quality of the products we purchase and the service we receive on social networks. Social Media has changed the way we communicate with service providers themselves, because the exposed channel to the public proved itself to be more efficient than the channels that preceded it. Current consumers base their decisions on the opinions of customers across the network. In social networks like Facebook & Twitter, you can easily see negative and positive reviews from individual consumers, but it's hard to draw the big picture out of them.

Me-Tov Is a platform that collects authentic data of satisfaction from social networking posts and produces real-time visualization tools comparing the various service providers. Me-Tov enables consumers to receive a clear and immediate picture of customer satisfaction and to compare the various service providers before making a decision. The service will allow the user to segment the information according to different parameters in order to obtain more accurate information regarding the quality of the service in a relevant aspect. For example, it will be possible to segment by age and gender the opinions of the various HMOs.
